1. The Personal Item

Your flight ticket includes a provision for one personal item that needs to fit beneath the seat in front of you. The personal item should adhere to the maximum dimensions of 42x32x25 cm/17x13x10 in (weighing 10 kg/22 lb) inclusive of handles and wheels. Moreover, you are permitted to bring aboard the aircraft one duty-free shopping bag and any necessary medical equipment or medication that you may need during the duration of the flight.

1. Free-of-Charge Items

Alongside your personal item, you have the freedom to bring mobility aids, medical equipment, and infant car seats on board at no extra cost. This applies if the infant has their own seat and if these items are essential for your travel needs.

1. Carry-On Baggage

If you require a bit more baggage to bring on board, you have the option to purchase an extra carry-on bag. The maximum dimensions for this bag should be 56x45x25 cm/22x18x10 in (weighing 12 kg/26 lb) including handles and wheels.

Please be aware that these dimensions are non-negotiable as your carry-on bag must fit within our overhead lockers. It's important to keep in mind that cabin space is limited, and our carry-on baggage allowance can reach capacity. The available sizes for checked baggage are 20 kg (44 lbs) and 23 kg (50 lbs). Any weight exceeding the allowed limit will be considered excess weight and subject to additional charges. It's important to note that a single suitcase should never exceed 32 kg in weight.

Onboard Experience

PLAY does not provide any extra amenities on board, such as Wi-Fi, seatback or device entertainment, or complimentary beverages and food. Instead, passengers can expect flight attendants to pass through the aircraft with a buy-on-board cart, which offers reasonably priced items. Based on the limited number of online reviews, it seems that the cabin crews are friendly while providing service, and once the cart service is finished, additional buy-on-board items are available in the galleys.
