Payment Policy

Although we do our best to ensure that our website is accurate and current, there may be errors. Before making a reservation, please confirm the pricing details and details.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority and capacity to make travel bookings through FlyOtravel.

BOOKING FOR OTHERS: You are the designated contact person for other travelers if you book for someone other than yourself. You warrant and represent that you are legally authorized and able to act for them; that you have obtained all consents; that you will inform them about these Terms and warrant their acceptance and agreement to them. You are responsible for paying all charges due to us; notifying us if there are any cancelations or changes, and keeping other travelers informed about all information related to your trip.

REGISTRATION: Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email with a link to a secure traveler form. This form must be completed within five days of your booking for most packages. If you're unable to complete the form within the time frame, we will let you know and your booking could be canceled.

CONFIRMATION: Once we have received your deposit and booking, we will confirm the availability of all components. We will then send you a confirmation email within 2 business days. We will notify you if any component or option is unavailable and offer you the chance to cancel your order or modify it.

Your price can be modified from the moment you receive your confirmation of booking to the final payment. This is only if—1) You request Changes or Customizations; 2) New or Increased Government Taxes or Fees are applied to your package and its components, or 3) Vendor costs apply to your package and its components. We will let you know how your package price will change in these situations.

After your payment is received, the price of your package will not be changed unless you ask for changes or customizations. We will let you know how your package price is affected in either case.

SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS AND DIETS: When you register, you can indicate special dietary requirements or meal preferences for each traveler. We will forward your requests to the airline and our partners at the destination. Please notify the airlines 72 hours before departure to confirm any meal requests. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored. Some requests and restrictions may not be possible in certain destinations.

PRICES: All advertised package prices include double occupancy in rooms or cabins, the least expensive departure city, hotels, and other options. They do not include optional excursions or other items unless noted. The dates, flight, hotel, and other options that you choose when you book will affect the final price.

Package prices advertised may include an "Instant Savings” discount. We may offer price reductions or coupon discounts or other promotional discounts on certain services, packages, and departures from time to time. These discounts are only valid for new bookings and may be subject to other restrictions or conditions. For existing bookings, which have already received a deposit, you are not eligible for price reductions or discounts.

Prices and availability can change after you make a reservation and it is confirmed. Your package price will remain the same after that, with certain exceptions as listed under Confirmation.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

DEPOSITS:To secure your Tour Only Booking, a deposit must be paid using one of our accepted payment options. This will be applied to the total cost of your package. Select tours may require a higher deposit if airfare to or from your destination is included. The deposit amount varies by package. Some departure dates or departure cities may require a higher deposit. To find out the deposit required, please visit the package page and book a reservation. You may need to pay an additional deposit if you want to make any changes or modifications to your packages. If you cancel or are covered by our Carefree Booking Policy, your deposit is non-refundable.

Travel Protection coverage can be added to your deposit if you choose to add it when you book.

FINAL PAYMENT: The due date for your departure varies depending on the package, but it is usually 60 days before. Your booking due date will be indicated in the booking process, on your confirmation email, under Your Booking, and on your invoice. You can make as many payments as necessary up to the due date. Your booking may be canceled if you fail to pay in full before the due date. Your booking will be canceled if you fail to pay in full within 15 days of the due date. You can either receive a full refund or convert the amount to a Travel Credit without expiration.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment towards your deposit or balance using the following methods

Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards: Call us to pay your deposit using multiple credit cards. You can also pay with credit cards by printing the authorization form for credit cards and then signing it. Then, email, fax, or mail it to our office.

PayPal account: PayPal accounts can only be used to make payments through our website. After being redirected to PayPal, you will need to log in to your account.

Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are accepted. To pay by check, make sure it is payable to FlyOtravel. Then, include your booking number on the check. Mail it to our office. We recommend that you call us first to make your booking. Then, mail your check via overnight delivery. Once we have received your check, we can't confirm your price or space.

Travel Credit: Please contact us to redeem your travel credit.

We don't accept any other payment methods. You will need to pay in U.S. currency. A conversion fee may be applicable.

RETURNED PAYMENTS: If your check payment is returned for insufficient funds, a closed account, or any other reason, we will notify and add $50 to your balance due. Alternate payments must be made to cover your final payment. We must notify you within 48 hours of receiving a refund check or your booking could be canceled.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and paid out. Your refund will only be processed if we can recover funds that have already been paid to our partners. Refunds are usually processed within six weeks after being requested. If your refund is less than the amount you paid for the credit card payment, the credit will be applied to the card. Your refund will be sent by check if the amount paid on the card is not exceeded.

Travel Credits

We may give you credit for cancelations, referring new travelers to FlyOtravel, promotions, or any other reason. Some credits have an expiration date. Others may not. Credits must be used to redeem them. However, the booking must not have been completed before the credit expires. Credits that have expired are null and cannot be redeemed. Credits used towards a booking that you cancel later are usually forfeited unless your cancellation is covered under our Carefree Booking policy.

Individuals over 18 years old are eligible for credit. Credits that are given to former travelers who refer new travelers to us will be issued to them. The credit is issued to the person who booked the booking in most cases. Credits can be transferred to another person if you inform us in writing.

Credits can be redeemed and used to pay for future travels from FlyOtravel. Credits cannot be used to pay for visa fees, port, border crossing fees, optional tours, and other expenses not payable to FlyOtravel. Credits can be redeemed for any new booking. You are responsible to pay the difference if the new booking exceeds the amount of the credits you have redeemed. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Any credits that are not used for a new booking can be carried over and used for another booking, as long as they have not expired.
